  • Coaching is a collaborative partnership that at its heart is about exploration. We team up to help you achieve personal and professional growth, examine your current challenges and obstacles, and unlock your full potential. Through deep listening, thoughtful questioning, empathy, and a supportive presence, I help you to discover new possibilities, alternate routes, and the answers you’ve always had inside of you. 

    Coaching can support you in finding direction, navigating life transitions, decision-making, breaking habits and patterns, and achieving your goals. It does require your active participation. The insights are real, but the results come from what you do between sessions.

    Despite my background in psychology, coaching is NOT therapy and I do not diagnose, treat, or heal mental health conditions. It is not a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields. I'll happily support you in your journey, but always recommend that you consult the appropriate licensed professional for specific medical, legal, or financial matters.

  • Astrocoaching is astrology + accountability. Pioneered by life coach Lorna MacKinnon in the early 2000s, it combines the symbolic insights of astrology with the action-oriented, goal-driven framework of professional coaching. We begin with your birth chart not as fortune-telling, but as a personalized psychological and spiritual map to help you identify your patterns, pinpoint your core strengths and hidden blocks, and clarify your soul’s path of growth in this lifetime. We then use coaching to explore how the planetary energies are showing up for you, and to turn these cosmic “Aha!” moments into daily, actionable strategies that help you to bring about real long-term, positive change in your life.

  • My approach is influenced by Evolutionary Astrology and Jungian archetypes. I use the Placidus house system, although I will also take a look at Whole Signs when relevant.

    I offer readings for your natal chart, upcoming transits, relationship compatibility, locational astrology, and I also use astrology as a tool for career coaching. I especially love to help others navigate their midlife, Saturn, and Pluto transits, as well as unpack the mysteries of 12th house placements (having several of those myself) and uncover their life purpose based on nodal placements.

  • That's completely okay! Astrology is one of many tools we can use for coaching. It isn’t a belief system I require you to adopt. I offer traditional coaching sessions on their own for grounded, practical support. So if you'd prefer to focus solely on coaching without any astrological content, we can absolutely do that. You get to choose what feels right for you.

  • Details of my prices are available on the services page, and the cost depends on what you’re looking to have done and for how many sessions.

  • All services must be paid for at the time of booking. I accept all forms of major credit cards, Visa debit, and PayPal.

    Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to my calendar so that you can schedule your session.

    For my Canadian customers, I am happy to honor my listed prices in CAD to help offset the exchange rate. Payments in CAD may only be made via Interac e-Transfer. Please email me if you wish to pay in CAD, and I will send you my info for the e-transfer. I will confirm your booking and send you the link to my calendar once I receive your payment.

    Gift Certificates are available by email request. All of my gift certificates have expiration dates. By purchasing a gift certificate, you acknowledge the information and agree to book your appointment before your certificate expires AND that you have read and understand the FAQ page.


  • The following policy applies to all booked sessions.

    • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. 

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit 100% of the session fee.

    • No-Shows: If you do not join our scheduled call/video within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show and the full fee is forfeited. This means if I call or try to connect and you do not answer, you will still be charged. No refund or reschedule will be offered. 

    • Astrology readings cancelled 24 hours or more ahead of the scheduled appointment are only 50% refundable as I invest significant time and energy preparing for your chart reading, including chart calculation, transit analysis, and intuitive review. If you do need to reschedule a reading, we can do so provided you cancel the original appointment with no less than 24 hours notice.

    • Same Day Appointments are charged in full and are not refundable.

    • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

    • Emergencies: If a true emergency arises (hospitalization, death in immediate family, etc.), please email me. I will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

    • My Cancellation: If I cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days or priority rescheduling.

    • If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other clients.

    By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • You will need to have your birth data ready at the time of your booking for astrology readings or astrocoaching. This includes your birth time (as exact as you can get it!), full date (month, day, and year), and your place of birth (city/town and state/province/country).

    I will also need your contact information so I can reach you via phone or Zoom at our scheduled appointment time.

  • If no time is given, then the standard default time of noon will be used. Although we won’t be able to determine your Rising Sign or house placements, we’ll still be able to gather plenty of important information about your astrological blueprint, such as planetary placements and aspects.

    I do highly recommend that you contact either the hospital you were born in to try to obtain a copy of your birth records or the statistics office for your place of birth. You can also ask a family member for a rough time of day, as narrowing your birth time down to a 1–2 hour window can often correctly identify the correct Moon sign and potential Rising sign.

    1. Come with an open mind and a willing heart. Be ready for an honest, loving conversation and to actively participate throughout your appointment.

    2. I always encourage clients to jot down any questions or topics beforehand. It's helpful, but never required.

    3. Please take a moment to review the FAQ page before we meet.

    4. Come as you are and leave perfectionism at the door. There is no wrong question, no silly topic, and no way to do this session incorrectly.
